Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our financial team. As a key member of our accounting department, you'll be responsible for reviewing general ledger entries, completing account reconciliations, and assisting in the month-end financial closing process. You'll also assist in preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Additionally, you'll review and verify monthly accounting processes to ensure adherence to internal controls and create and maintain financial models to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Complete account reconciliations and analyze financial data to identify corrective actions
• Assist in the month-end financial closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
• Review and verify monthly accounting processes to ensure adherence to internal controls
• Create and maintain financial models to support business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an accounting department with similar responsibilities
• Highly skilled in the use of Excel, with experience with QBO a plus
