Job Summary

The Lab Pre Analytics Supervisor will oversee the Pre-Analytic laboratory operations for the LL Building. This role is responsible for all employment-related activities, budgets, fiscal performance, and adherence to quality and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop a high-performing, customer-oriented team.
  • Responsible for all employment-related activities, budgets, fiscal performance, and adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, workflow, and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Conduct competency assessments and performance appraisals and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Reviews and ensures the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Communicates effectively with employees and other departments.
  • Leads and implements large process improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Minimum four years relative experience required.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time.
  • Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Requires dexterity sufficient to operate a computer.
