Sterile Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility in our medical equipment and instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, disinfect, and decontaminate medical instruments and equipment according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Operate washer-decontaminator, cart washer, and ultrasonic cleaner to mechanically decontaminate instruments and equipment.
- Inspect surgical instruments and medical equipment to ensure they are in proper working order and clean.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization and cleaning processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an accredited sterile processing/central service curriculum preferred.
- 400 hours of previous sterile processing experience required.
- Basic Life Support certification preferred.
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English fluently.
