Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part-time to potentially full-time role as a Property Inspector.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties within the banking sector, focusing on pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.
- Travel across various counties to complete daily inspections and work orders, averaging 4 to 8 hours per day.
- Capture high-quality photographs and document findings during inspections.
- Post and deliver notices on behalf of the banks, confirming occupancy status and identifying any issues in vacant properties.

Requirements:
- Must possess a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT drug test.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as daily interactions with clients are a key part of the role.
- Proficiency in using GPS for navigation is required.
- A presentable appearance is necessary for meeting with clients.

Additional Information:
- All necessary equipment and vehicles will be provided.
- Daily pay rate and phone allowance will be discussed in person.
- The position requires daily attendance at the office for coordination and updates.
