Position Overview:

Title: Project Manager/Estimator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bidding processes and manage various construction projects.
  • Facilitate meetings and foster positive relationships with all stakeholders involved.
  • Support billing processes and assist in estimating changes in the field.
  • Encourage subcontractor engagement and oversee the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy civil contracting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant bidding software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
