Job Overview

At Stretch Zone, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our studio and drive membership sales. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, coaching sales associates, and promoting the value of our unique membership model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales and hold sales associates to the same standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and greet every guest with a smile
  • Lead and coach sales associates to achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Track KPIs and assist the Regional Manager in understanding key sales metrics
  • Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and encourage add-on sessions
Requirements
  • Sales leaders who can confidently connect with guests and convert them to members
  • Driven and competitive individuals who hold staff accountable to exceeding sales goals
  • Well-organized individuals with exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Goal setters who can assist the Regional Manager in setting and attaining goals
