  • Current life insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal sales skills, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Capability to effectively secure appointments.
  • Excellent listening and persuasion skills, along with lead generation and networking capabilities.
