  • Preferred personal lines or property & casualty license (must be obtained)
  • Ability to acquire Life, Accident, and Health License
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers, address their inquiries, and foresee their needs
  • Excellent communication skills for assisting clients and collaborating with agency team members
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
