Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the creation of documents, such as quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Manage shipping and logistics, including creating shipping labels and packaging materials.
  • Perform light shipping tasks, including lifting items up to 20 pounds.
  • Use Google Drive and other software to maintain organized systems and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of Excel and ability to create Pivot tables and data sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and other software.
  • Understanding of CRM software and Adobe Acrobat.
