Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tire & Lube Technician to join our team at L&M Fleet Supply. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing customers' vehicles, working directly with customers to understand their needs, and identifying the right products and services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes and vehicle lubrication, mounting, balancing, and repairing tires, battery installation and testing, and other related maintenance as needed.
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and identify applicable products and services.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
