Job Description: As a Security Guardian, you will play a critical role in safeguarding construction sites and protecting valuable assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling construction sites, managing entry and exit points, and conducting regular patrols around the site perimeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol construction sites to prevent theft and vandalism
- Manage entry and exit points, verifying authorized personnel and deliveries
- Conduct regular patrols around the site perimeter, interior areas, and equipment storage zones
- Document and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Act as a first responder to incidents, including administering first aid, CPR, or AED when needed
- Work closely with construction site personnel and management to maintain a secure environment
- Greet, assist, and direct workers, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional and helpful manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Security Officer Certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
- Fluency in English and bilingual skills a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
