Armed Security Officer Job Opportunity

Lyon Shield Security LLC is looking for a highly skilled Armed Security Officer to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Patrol and secure assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
  • Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
  • Issue warnings to violators of premise rules and regulations.
  • Respond to suspicious or criminal acts.
  • Report facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
  • Summon emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with security equipment.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $700 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment.
  • $300 employee referral bonus payable after 30 days of continuous employment.
  • We pay up to 15% finder's fee commissions for new clientele referrals.
