Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical support operations and ensure timely resolution of IT issues
  • Manage a team of technical support specialists
  • Implement and maintain IT systems and networks
  • Provide technical assistance to internal staff and clients
  • Utilize tools such as Remedy, Jira, and other IT management/ticketing software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT support, computer management, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Mac OS, and other operating systems
  • Familiarity with computer networking principles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, remote access management, VPN configuration, and backup systems
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus
  • GED required; a degree in information technology or a related field is a plus
