Team Select Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to provide one-on-one in-home care to adult patients in the Montgomery County area.

Competitive Compensation


$15 per hour


 


Responsibilities



  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, and toileting, as directed by the client's plan of care.
  • Provide support with daily tasks, such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, as defined by the plan of care, and document any observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
  • Ensure timely attendance and reliable transportation to scheduled appointments.
  • Adhere to a no-call-out policy and maintain a regular schedule.
  • Participate in Hoyer lift training, if necessary.
