Position Overview

As a Judicial Case Processing Specialist I at DelDOT, you will embark on a foundational journey in the legal field. This role involves gaining insights into judicial operations, executing processing tasks, and progressing within the organizational structure based on your competencies and achievements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Front Counter Operations: Execute a variety of functions such as conducting name searches, managing paperwork, assisting clients, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Mediation Center.
  • File and ServeXpress Management: Assess and manage electronically filed case documents on a daily basis, ensuring accurate notifications of case information.
  • Registered Mail Handling: Prepare and manage Statutory Registered Mailing letters, including USPS documentation and electronic filing.
  • Additional Duties: Uphold professionalism in communication, manage payment intake documents, and process legal summonses as required.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements for Judicial Case Processing Specialist I
Candidates should possess experience in document management, record maintenance, and proficiency in automated information systems.

  • Minimum of six months experience in document management, including the ability to resolve discrepancies and interpret data.
  • Minimum of six months experience in record maintenance.
  • Minimum of six months experience utilizing automated information systems.
