What are we seeking in our Project Coordinator?

The Information Technology division at Russell Tobin & Associates is collaborating with a leading Networking technology client that has an opening for a Project Coordinator.

Your Role

  • Ensure alignment of Customer Success (CS) initiatives, projects, and operational tasks with the strategic goals of the GCS organization.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support, to execute prioritized projects and evaluate success against defined objectives.
  • Establish and uphold CS processes and protocols to guarantee consistency with the GCS organization.
  • Prepare presentations and status updates for internal management and cross-functional leaders as necessary.
  • Assist in the rollout of various CS initiatives and undertake additional reporting responsibilities as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting utilizing Gainsight, Google Sheets, SFDC, Support Portal, Support cases, Tableau, and other analytical tools for executive-level, mid-management, and individual contributors to foster insights and informed decision-making.

Your Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in a demanding Project and Program Management setting.
  • Prior experience as a Business Data Analyst is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the capability to effectively articulate complex issues and provide compelling support for positions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Extensive experience with Gainsight, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other relevant analytical tools.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with meticulous planning skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Exhibits personal and corporate integrity.
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys resolving issues with minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented collaborator with a strong commitment to achieving results while honoring the company's core values.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Certification (PMP), familiarity with Project Management Software (JIRA/Confluence), and proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Slides, are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
