Epic Travel Staffing is actively seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in Medical Surgical for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

Epic Travel Staffing is recruiting for a Travel RN - Med/Surg - Trauma 48's

Shift Details: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x4, 48 hours per week, every other weekend

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active MO Nursing License
  • Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in Med/Surg
  • Proficient in Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Insulin Management, PCA, and handling various trauma cases
  • BCLS Certification required; TNCC and BSN preferred

Additional Information:

  • Patient Ratios: 1:4-5
  • Patient Diagnoses: Includes cases from ED, OR, or ICU
  • Unit Services: Focus on geriatric trauma and acute care surgeries

Special Equipment: Includes lifts, restraints, wound vacs, and external fixators.

COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required

Flu Vaccine: Required with Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
