About the Role:

Our success is built on developing teams and fostering careers. This position involves performing various warehouse tasks, including receiving goods, preparing customer orders, and shipping products to clients.

This is a full-time role, with benefits available from the first day of employment.

We believe in cross-training our staff across different distribution departments while also allowing specialization in specific areas.

The facility operates as a fully functional warehouse supporting multiple business lines, with opportunities to:

- Unload, receive, and store products as part of the Inbound Operations team
- Select products for individual customer orders within our Commissary (KCN) team
- Build, stage, and load pallet orders using modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) in support of our Bulk team
- Load delivery trucks for both third-party and internal logistics
- Manage inventory in a dynamic setting, including counting products and correcting inventory discrepancies
- Utilize technology and learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to fulfill orders through mobile scanning devices, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Capacity to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to become certified in forklift and material handling equipment
- Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office, is preferred.
