Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
  • Perform vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
  • Assist with range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course
  • Current CPR certification recommended
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Valid driver's license and insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
