**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years old and possess a current and unrestricted Illinois CNA Certification. While experience working in long-term care, behavioral health, and/or geriatric health is preferred, we are happy to train those who are interested in serving our special populations.

**Job Summary**

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing routine care tasks and giving simple nursing care to patients. You will need to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions, make observations, and record them properly in the appropriate records. You will also be expected to be courteous and professional at all times, assist patients at mealtime and with events/activities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure and promote resident dignity.
