Job Summary

A Patient Care Liaison plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support services at OSF HealthCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting and communicating with patients, family members, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients and their families with information and services, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Perform registration and transfer duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assemble and maintain patient charts, completing documentation in our electronic health record system.
  • Run errands and transport patients as needed to support patient care unit staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred qualifications include six or more months of experience in office, hospital, or administrative settings, with a focus on customer service and computer knowledge.
