Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our industrial refrigeration initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed effectively, utilizing all available resources to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive logs for change orders, subcontractors, RFIs, and contingencies.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to implement the labor strategy effectively.
  • Develop and manage Mechanical Schedules and manpower loading charts for all projects.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates and change order proposals.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Fabrication teams to align on schedules, scopes, and pricing.
  • Foster a safe working environment and promote safety practices.
  • Meet customer requirements to encourage repeat business.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in construction or engineering.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Experience in developing and updating construction schedules (MS Project).
  • Ability to interpret plans and ISO drawings for material ordering and change order estimation.
  • Capable of managing the procurement and timely delivery of materials to various project sites.
