Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a visible deterrent to crime while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Alert supervisors and on-site personnel to any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety concerns.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding incidents and daily surveillance activities.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals or trespassers from the premises.
  • Exemplify and promote company values while acting as a highly visible presence on site.
  • Complete various job-related tasks as assigned.
  • Document daily surveillance activities and significant occurrences.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet local and state requirements and/or certifications for security duties.
  • Strong surveillance and observational skills.
  • Proficient with technology and experience in surveillance systems.
  • Previous experience as a security officer or guard is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license may be required based on specific job requirements.
