Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the ticket counter and gate, handling check-in, baggage, and other related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Minimum age 18.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags.
- Ability to work any shift awarded.
- Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and, if hired, random drug testing.
- Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting to satisfy company security requirements and obtain various clearances to work at the airport (SIDA, Customs, USPS as applicable).
- No visible body art.
- Airline experience.
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
