Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the ticket counter and gate, handling check-in, baggage, and other related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age 18.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags.
  • Ability to work any shift awarded.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and, if hired, random drug testing.
  • Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting to satisfy company security requirements and obtain various clearances to work at the airport (SIDA, Customs, USPS as applicable).
  • No visible body art.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Airline experience.
  • Customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
