Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the repair of damaged vehicles, working closely with experienced technicians to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing advanced auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under the supervision of experienced technicians.
  • Learn to use and maintain specialized tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
  • Some on-the-job experience is preferred
  • I-CAR Gold Class preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time in the repair of a vehicle
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions
  • Must be able to use hands efficiently in handling vehicle parts
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop technical skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools is preferred but not required
