Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Jimmy John's Sandwich Atlas Group CA 4018BA. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing our catering program, developing and nurturing client relationships, and executing local store marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Catering Program Management

    Manage the catering program, including planning and executing sampling events and campaigns.

  • Local Store Marketing

    Execute local store marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

  • Sales and Lead Generation

    Generate leads and close sales through cold calling and follow-up efforts.

  • Team Collaboration

    Work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to achieve sales and marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of sales and marketing experience preferred.

  • Skills and Abilities

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Physical Demands

    Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and walk. Ability to carry sandwiches and other items as needed.

Working Conditions

Must be able to work in a moderately loud and fast-moving environment. Must be able to avoid distractions and apply safety best practices while using slicers, knives, and ovens.
