Your Responsibilities:


As a key member of our team, you will design, govern, and implement comprehensive cloud technology solutions that align with our business objectives, enhancing our operational efficiency.

You will develop strategic roadmaps that convert business needs into technological implementations. Your role will involve specifying IT infrastructure requirements and crafting implementation strategies for cloud technologies. You will ensure that all application and technical infrastructure developments adhere to both company and industry standards, influencing the future architecture of our systems. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging technologies for their applicability to ongoing projects and provide technical guidance for future initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, with knowledge of Azure and GCP being advantageous.
- Possess a solid understanding of networking technologies relevant to cloud environments, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.


- Mentor software engineering teams on secure coding practices for APIs, web applications, and cloud environments to mitigate risks while ensuring rapid development.

- Develop documentation standards, procedures, and guidelines to maintain cloud system security, stability, and scalability.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established operating procedures.
- Apply project management skills effectively, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Successfully lead complex security initiatives.
- Have a robust background in security operations and familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, IDS, and SIEM.
- Understand legal, compliance, and security frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Lead business process methodologies and recommend enhancements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills and Tools:
- In-depth knowledge of AWS security offerings and capabilities (AWS Well-Architected).
- Assist in formulating procedures that align with enterprise-wide security initiatives.
- Design evaluation plans to assess security measures for new hardware and software.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and collaborate on remediation efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee periodic security audits.
- Create and maintain comprehensive security documentation.
- Analyze logs and security reports from various systems.
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to address vulnerabilities and automate repetitive tasks.
- Research and assess vulnerabilities, technology trends, attack vectors, and associated risks to the organization’s systems and applications.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with senior leadership across the organization.
- Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10-15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based cybersecurity systems.
- Experience in mobile application, web application, or API development.

Certifications:
- Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, AWS, GIAC, etc., are advantageous.
