We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection and Security Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm, security, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain fire alarm, security, and access control systems
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of system malfunctions
- Conduct regular system testing and inspections
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- 4+ years of experience in fire alarm, access control, security intrusion, sound and communications systems
- CCNA, A+, and Network+ certifications a plus
- Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment
- Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs
- Good working knowledge of computers and ability to work with technical resources
- Paid training and certification programs
