Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project management and technical oversight for studies, design, and construction phase services for water/sewer distribution/collection system piping, pump stations, planning/modeling, and treatment plant projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality services and compliance with industry standards.
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Operations/People Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members to ensure excellent quality of work and effective communication.
  • Technical: Ensure quality client service, clarity on work products, and delivery of high-quality services within budget and schedule constraints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 15+ years' experience in water/wastewater conveyance systems engineering with additional experience in water/wastewater treatment preferred
  • Professional Engineer Registration in South Carolina
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a project team and oversee excellent quality of work.
