Job Summary and Qualifications

NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT NURSE – FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT 7P – 7A

Our Level IV NICU nurses set the standard by delivering expert clinical care with compassion and dedication. We are a supportive team seeking a remarkable individual who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
  • Develop, implement, and assess patient care plans to optimize health outcomes.
  • Oversee non-licensed nursing personnel in accordance with established protocols.
  • Integrate educational components into all nursing practices.
Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred and must be obtained within two years of hire.
  • Valid Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
  • Minimum of one year of recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • STABLE certification must be obtained within 18 months of employment.
