Responsibilities:
  • Engage in various tasks including patient service, catering, tray assembly, distribution, sanitation, and operation of kitchen equipment.
Specific Duties Include:
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area and organizing dishes.
  • Standing for extended periods while handling stock and lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Managing inventory in cold storage, ensuring food safety by checking expiration dates and rotating stock.
  • Preparing menu items as per production sheets, adhering to established recipes.
  • Creating salads, cold dishes, and desserts for patients and retail services.
  • Following HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and sanitation during preparation and service.
