Job Summary

Piedmont McDuffie Hospital is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Handle and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and other medical staff
  • Assist with patient care duties, including vital sign monitoring and positioning
  • Collaborate with licensed staff to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or prior experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • BLS Certification required
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program preferred
