What You'll Do• Actively prospect to find, qualify, develop, and close new opportunities

• Conduct on-site assessments to uncover needs and deliver customized value propositions
• Collaborate with Ford AV's expert engineers, estimators, and support teams to craft winning proposals
• Manage your accounts as the single point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and driving long-term partnerships
• Exceed sales goals, ensuring your success aligns with our high-performance team culture
Requirements• Proven B2B sales experience, especially in technical or capital equipment sales
• Strong track record of selling to C-Suite and senior decision-makers
• Ability to generate and close new business opportunities within 90 days
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in a performance-based sales environment with uncapped earning potential
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
• Passion for learning and growth in a technology-focused industry
Compensation and BenefitsYour estimated annual salary for this role is $250,000+ per year, consisting of a base salary, lucrative commissions, bonuses, and other performance-based incentives.
