Key Responsibilities">
  • Assist in the provision of direct patient care by performing routine patient care procedures, technical, and supportive functions in the recuperative care setting.
  • Conduct basic patient assessments and document data in accordance with JWCH's policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate patient interventions related to care plans and treatment plans.
  • Perform basic patient care consistent with JWCH's policies and procedures and California LVN licensure laws.
Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current and valid California LVN License.
  • A current BLS card from the American Heart Association.
  • At least one-year experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Proficient in performing basic nursing skills, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
