Key Responsibilities
A Phlebotomist at JWCH Institute plays a vital role in the delivery of quality patient care. Key responsibilities include performing venipuncture to collect blood samples from patients, ensuring proper patient identification and specimen handling, labeling and storing specimens according to established protocols, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be required to interact with patients and healthcare providers in a professional and compassionate manner, address patient concerns, and ensure a positive experience. Other duties may include assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and staying updated with the latest phlebotomy techniques and best practices through continuing education and training.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a monthly allowance for medical, dental, and vision premiums, a partially funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), life insurance policies, and more.
