**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Applications Administrator to join our Global BA and Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the translation of business needs into digital processes through the planning, deployment, and support of Salesforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage current and future projects, gathering requirements, and creating technical requirement documents.
  • Contribute to improvements of operational business systems and processes in relation to the use of Salesforce to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and track performance metrics of applications and user adoption.
  • Work with department managers and internal teams to analyze and resolve problems associated with technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of admin experience with Salesforce is a MUST, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • A resourceful, motivated self-starter with the ability to complete work independently and on time.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Apex and/or LWC Development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with multiple SaaS platforms preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. Entravision Communications Corporation offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
