Job Summary

We're currently seeking a Personal Support Specialist, Certified Residential Medication Assistant, and Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. These roles are critical to providing high-quality care and services to our residents, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Provide care and services to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the Residential Care Director and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, under the direction of the Residential Care Director
  • Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, as directed by the Supervisor
Qualifications
  • Current certification as a Personal Support Specialist, Certified Residential Medication Assistant, or Certified Nursing Assistant
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in a residential care or nursing home environment, or work/volunteer experience with the elderly
