Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in relevant industries or sectors.
  • Professional engineering licensure (PE) is a plus.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

The primary location for this position is an office environment. Rig yard trips may be expected from time to time.
