Job Overview: As an Escrow Assistant at Old Republic Title, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of real estate transactions, ensuring that every step is meticulously managed with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing and delivery of title documents
  • Review and verify information in preliminary reports and title commitments
  • Clear title requirements by researching discrepancies and securing lien releases
  • Upload documents into our electronic filing system
  • Communicate effectively with lenders, agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in escrow or a related field (or relevant coursework/certifications)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
