Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Overview: As an Escrow Assistant at Old Republic Title, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of real estate transactions, ensuring that every step is meticulously managed with precision and care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing and delivery of title documents
- Review and verify information in preliminary reports and title commitments
- Clear title requirements by researching discrepancies and securing lien releases
- Upload documents into our electronic filing system
- Communicate effectively with lenders, agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in escrow or a related field (or relevant coursework/certifications)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
