Compensation:
$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver outstanding customer service as a primary focus.
2. Address inquiries from the public and clients effectively.
3. Conduct thorough screenings of individuals entering the facility.
4. Manage and direct pedestrian traffic efficiently.
5. Perform administrative duties, including telecommunications (telephone, computer, radio).
6. Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive reports on all activities as required.
7. Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as necessary.
8. Oversee security operations in a large fulfillment center and surrounding areas, including parking lots.
9. Monitor and manage the Security/Front Desk, providing directions to visitors and utilizing a computer visitor management system for badge issuance.
10. Control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted entry.
11. Conduct surveillance using cameras and alarms, and perform regular patrols throughout the premises.
12. Exhibit advanced customer service skills and proficiency with technology.
13. Assist Operations Management during emergencies and contact law enforcement when required.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
2. Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
3. Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
4. Must possess a valid driver's license.
5. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age or older, in compliance with applicable laws or contractual requirements.
