We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at TownePlace Suites Seattle Southcenter.

Description:

  • Supervise the hotel and perform tasks to certify that all daily transactions are reconciled.
  • Use your attention to detail and desire for routine to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
  • Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
  • Setup breakfast daily and replenish items during service.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
  • Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
  • Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
  • Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift is ideal.
  • To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be able to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
  • This job requires you to stand for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
