We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Lake Meridian Veterinary Hospital in Kent, Washington.

About the Role

As a skilled veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients and working closely with our experienced team of doctors and staff. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Examine and diagnose animal health issues, develop treatment plans, and perform surgeries as needed
  • Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in veterinary medicine
Requirements
  • DVM degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Washington
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a monthly production bonus of 21-22% of your guaranteed salary. Additionally, you will receive a signing bonus of $5,000-$10,000, relocation assistance, and access to comprehensive benefits, including full health insurance, life insurance, mental health services, and pet benefits.
