- Cash Collections: Collect patient payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Chart Reconciliation: Reconcile patient charts, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Patient Discharge: Ensure a smooth patient discharge process, including final billing and follow-up.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Service Representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve patient and operational issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Service Representative or in a related healthcare role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
