Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Graduate Minneapolis. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take accurate food orders from guests, monitor food distribution, and ensure that meals are delivered to the correct recipients.
  • Station Management: Check the station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
  • Liquor Regulations: Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedure.
  • Customer Service: Total checks, present to guests, and accept payment.
  • Teamwork: Other duties as assigned.
