Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Server Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting food servers with the serving of food, setting up and clearing of china, glass, and silverware, and attending to guest needs and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock linen, china, silverware, and glassware for service, ensuring that all items are polished and in good condition.
  • Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverages and food items, and explain the contents.
  • Prepare condiment and garnish items.
  • Assist with guest service, including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting it to guests.
  • Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one year of food service or related work experience.
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
