Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in the Osseo, MN area. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and objectives.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active MN PELSB Tier 3 or Tier 4 licensure.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques in speech-language pathology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) if required.
