Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Osseo Area Schools. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with communication disorders and helping them achieve their full potential.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development
  • Communicate with students, parents, and other professionals through written and verbal reports
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • MDE Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
