Job Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Care - We expect you to provide exceptional care to our clients, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Enforce Health and Safety Standards - We require you to enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities - We need you to assist our clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with Medication Management - We require you to help our clients manage their medication, ensuring they take their prescribed medication as directed.
  • Assist with Mobility and Transfers - We need you to assist our clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Plan and Prepare Meals - We require you to plan and prepare meals for our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with Personal Hygiene - We need you to assist our clients with personal hygiene, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist with Physical Therapy Exercises - We require you to assist our clients with physical therapy exercises, helping them to recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Complete Client Shopping - We need you to complete client shopping, ensuring our clients have access to the products and services they need.
  • Perform General Housekeeping Duties - We require you to perform general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Requirements
  • Active CNA License - We require you to have an active CNA license to work with our clients.
  • Ability to Lift and/or Move Up to 50 Pounds - We need you to be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, ensuring our clients' safety and comfort.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Daily Transportation - We require you to have a valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation to ensure you can get to our clients' homes.
  • Prior Experience in Healthcare or In-Home Care - We prefer candidates with prior experience in healthcare or in-home care, but we will consider candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - We require you to have a high school diploma or equivalent to work with our clients.
  • Supportive and Compassionate Personality - We need you to have a supportive and compassionate personality, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and cared for.
