  • Strategic Direction: Spearhead the formulation and execution of HR strategies, policies, and practices that resonate with the company's long-term vision and operational goals.
  • Comprehensive HR Management: Supervise all HR operations, encompassing talent acquisition, performance evaluation, succession planning, employee relations, compensation structures, benefits management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Develop and oversee competitive and financially sustainable total rewards programs.

  • Quality Assurance: Lead initiatives aimed at quality enhancement and ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity within HR.
  • At least 10 years of comprehensive HR experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively and cultivate positive working relationships.
  • Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with UKG HRIS.
  • Background in the healthcare sector, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health services.
