Position Overview

The Breakfast Kitchen Specialist is integral to our culinary operations, ensuring that all breakfast dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves efficient management of kitchen resources to minimize waste and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise in breakfast food preparation, including a variety of items such as eggs, pancakes, omelettes, meats, and potatoes.
  • Prepare meals in accordance with established production standards and guidelines.
  • Assess ingredient and supply needs using designated production systems.
  • Synchronize food preparation with serving times to uphold quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to portion control and meal preparation protocols.
  • Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations consistently.
  • Store food items properly with clear labeling for easy identification.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
  • Prepare meals according to standard recipes and dietary needs.
  • Accurately portion and serve food.
  • Keep detailed daily production records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is well cared for.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to foster a positive work culture.

Work Environment

Physical Demands

The job requires occasional sitting, standing, lifting, reaching, bending, and pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds. Position Type/Work Hours

This is a full-time role requiring over forty hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational and Professional Requirements
